Dr Edwin Lewandowski
General Dentist
Born and raised in Montreal, I received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University. Graduating with honours in Prosthodontics, today I practice with a love for dental prosthodontics such as dental implants, cosmetic procedures (veneers and bonding), removable dentures, and full mouth reconstruction (smile makeovers).
After graduating from dental school in 1997, I completed a one-year post-graduate general practice residency at Lennox Hill Hospital in New York City. Working in a busy hospital-based dental clinic, I gained valuable experience treating simple and complex dental emergencies, facial traumas, and dental oral surgery, all of which gave me the skills and confidence to practice today.
I have completed the United States North East Regional Dental Examining Board and the National Dental Examining Board in Canada. I am licensed by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and The College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia.
I was a part-time instructor at New York University College of Dentistry, Department of Restorative Dentistry, and in the Department of Prosthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Toronto. As well, I am active with the York Region Dental Society and have been a member of the General Council of the Ontario Dental Association. Throughout the years, I have held multiple positions in various dental study clubs. I am a member of the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
I obtained advanced training in TMJ disorders and for many years have acted as an expert assessor with motor vehicle accident injury claims. I maintain a full-time private general practice in Thornhill, Ontario. I run this busy family practice with multiple hygienists; my practice has grown every year since I opened in 2000. I have a loyal following of patients and staff, built on trust, and a conservative approach to practice. I work closely with and have a strong referral network with dental specialists as needed.
I have embraced Digital dentistry in my office. Using digital impression techniques and in-office equipment, since 2012, I have completed thousands of one appointment, in-office porcelain crown procedures. The technology called CEREC has been a game-changer for dentistry and the way I practice today.
I am always available for new patients, dental emergencies, or just a consultation.

Dr Elvira Mostyn
General Dentist
Dr. Elvira Mostyn, better known as Dr. Ella, graduated in 2016 obtaining her dental degree from The Faculty of Dentistry at James Cook University, Australia.
Before receiving her dental degree, Dr. Ella was practicing dental hygiene for over 10 years in Thornhill, Ontario.
Dr. Ella completed a one-year residency in Australia before her return to Canada. This residency provided her with advanced training in all the specialties of dentistry, including oral surgery, anesthesia, servicing Indigenous communities in rural and remote areas of Australia, and treatment of medically compromised patients.
Dr. Ella has a wide range of experience in the dental field as a clinical and theory instructor at dental hygiene college, examiner at dental assisting college, and currently volunteers her time with the Ontario Dental Association. Dr. Ella is a Political Contact Dentist for the King/Vaughan region.

Dr Hayley Frydrych
General Dentist
Dr. Haley Frydrych was raised in Thornhill and is very happy to be working in this community. She completed her Honours Specialization B.Sc in Psychology at Western University.
She then graduated with honours from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry program with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She has successfully completed her National Dental Examining Board in Canada and is licensed with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
Dr. Haley is a proud member of the Alpha Omega Dental Society and is the vice president of the Canadian Celiac Association Toronto Chapter.
Dr. Haley enjoys all aspects of dentistry and building relationships with her patients. She is committed to providing patient-centered treatment plans and offering a comfortable and caring environment for her patients. Dr. Haley is always happy and smiling and she looks forward to putting a smile on your face.

Dr Tony Ciocca
Prosthodontist
Dr. Tony Ciocca is a Certified Specialist in Prosthodontics and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada. He teaches in the post-graduate Prosthodontic program at the University of Toronto. Dr. Ciocca is a Prosthodontic examiner for the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (RCDC), and he is currently the Vice President of the Association of Prosthodontists of Ontario (APO).
Dr. Ciocca received his D.D.S (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from Dalhousie University in 1992 graduating at the top of his class and receiving numerous awards. He then entered private practice and for the next 15 years, while taking hundreds of hours of continuing education courses, he refined his skill in all facets of dentistry including the placement and restoration of dental implants. In 2007 he decided to pursue his passion for implant, cosmetic, and reconstructive dentistry, and entered the New York University Prosthodontic specialty program.
In 2010, he received his specialty certificate in Prosthodontics from New York University and received the Litvak award for highest academic achievement. He is also certified in IV sedation.
Dr. Ciocca is a member of the Association of Prosthodontists of Ontario, Association of Prosthodontists of Canada, American College of Prosthodontists, Canadian Dental Association, and the Ontario Dental Association.
Tony grew up in Sydney, Nova Scotia. He moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia where he completed his B.Sc. and D.D.S. degrees at Dalhousie University. He then moved to Ontario and practiced in Newmarket for a number of years as a general dentist before going to New York University to complete his Prosthodontic Specialty degree. He is married to Heather, and they have seven children.
When Tony is not treating patients, teaching, or, participating in association activities, Tony can be found at the soccer field or swimming pool attending one of his children’s activities. Tony enjoys traveling, sports, camping, and is a technology buff.
